From guided meditations to simple daily rituals, you will cultivate a way of being that nourishes your body, mind and spirit as you clear away mental fog bringing clarity to your inner and outer life.

You will not walk this path alone. We will come together in a supportive circle of kindred spirits from around the world - a safe space for sharing, encouragement and deep connection. Together, we will witness each other's growth, celebrate breathroughs and hold each other steady through the tender moments of transformationw
What all is included?
Throughout this year-long journey, you will be held in a container of beauth, depth and support via monthly flower essence blends that will be shipped to your door with a cacao bar for ceremony, live weekly calls together with an intimate community of only 12 souls who truly see you. As we walk this path together, you will gather tools, experiences and insights that will stay with you long after the twelve months are complete. And for those who feel called, our journey culminates in an optional Graduation Celebration Retreat in the lush jungle of Costa Rica - a three day immersion of ceremony, live connection and renewal with nourishing meals included to support your body as much as your spirit. This is more than a program, it is a homecoming to the truth of who you are.
